Incredible food, ambiance, and service at the newly opened Reserve restaurant! The entire experience feels thoughtfully curated, from the stunning décor and elegant presentation to the warm hospitality. Easily some of the best Indian food we’ve had, with a creative and modern take on traditional flavors. The dishes are unique, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. We especially loved the innovative small plates, rich curries, freshly baked breads, and the attention to detail in every dish. The cocktail menu is equally impressive, featuring some truly creative Indian-inspired combinations such as Palak Paneer, Tikka Masala, Sharabi Lassi, Calcutta Paan, and The Forgotten Jamun. Reserve has done a fantastic job of combining authentic Indian flavors with a sophisticated, contemporary dining experience. A special shoutout to our server, Simon, for his exceptional service and warm hospitality—he made our experience even more enjoyable. Beautiful ambiance, innovative food, and presentation that makes every dish feel special. Definitely one of the most exciting new Indian restaurants we’ve visited and a place we’ll be returning to!

I honestly can't stop thinking about our night at RESERVE - Elevated Indian Dining in Cary. From the second we walked in, the vibe was just gorgeous—super welcoming, beautifully put together, and effortlessly classy without feeling stuffy at all.The service completely blew us away, too. It genuinely felt a cut above pretty much everywhere else we've been, with a team that actually cared and made us feel entirely looked after. And the food? Unbelievable. We started with the Kale pakoda chaat, which was so vibrant and crunchy. For drinks, we tried the Jamun cocktail along with the Spicy Guava and clarified imli mocktails—all of them had this brilliant, fun twist that made them totally unexpected. Then came the main course of Butter Chicken and Charcoal Naan, and it was absolute perfection. Finishing off with the Mango Jalebi and Tiramisu for dessert was a total dream. If you're looking for a spot in Cary that spoils you from start to finish, you have to go here.

We went back to RESERVE by Urban Turban for our second visit, and I’m so glad we did! The food was excellent this time. ❤️ Appetizers • Lotus Grove Chaat – excellent! • Anarkali’s Flame – amazing flavor and so juicy! Main Course • The Clay Pot – very good • Murg Makhani – very good • Charcoal Naan – very unique and delicious Dessert • The Velvet Jamun – delicious! A big thank you for hosting us and for the wonderful service. A special thank you to Joy for taking such great care of us and checking on us throughout the meal. We truly appreciated the amazing customer service. Our second visit definitely changed my mind, and we’ll definitely be back and recommending RESERVE to our friends and family! ❤️
